Financial support for travelling costs

Participation at the conference is free due to conference being part of the Interreg-supported program Science for Society. PhDs and Postdocs based at Lund University and Aalborg University can get financial support for parts of their travel expences. Please note that this support is limited to a number of participants (first come, first served).

AALBORG UNIVERSITY - For enquiries regarding financial support from AAU, contact Ulla Egidiussen Egekvist, AAU & Science for Society Denmark.

 

Conference catering

Catering is included at the conference - including evening dinner at Posthallen (Prinsens gate 8, Oslo) on November 16th. Allergy issues will be taken care of (stated in registration).

 

Accommodation

Venue directions

Oslo Science park is located at Blindern, the main university area in Oslo. You can easily get there by metro, tram or bus, it is f.ex. four metro stops from Oslo Central station. See our directions to Oslo Science Park.
